1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply exclusively to business relationships with entrepreneurs (B2B). Consumers are excluded from using this shop.

2. Conclusion of Contract

• The presentation of products in the shop does not constitute a binding offer
• By placing an order, you submit a binding offer to conclude a contract
• We will send you a non-binding order confirmation by e-mail
• The contract is concluded only upon our explicit order confirmation

3. Prices and Payment Terms

• All prices are stated net, plus statutory VAT (B2B)
• Payment methods: Credit card (Visa/Mastercard), advance payment by bank transfer
• For advance payment: Payment within 3 days, shipping after payment receipt
• No cash payment, no cash on delivery

4. Delivery and Shipping Costs

• Delivery time: 3–5 business days after payment receipt (within Germany)
• Shipping service providers: DHL, UPS
• Shipping costs: Depend on order value and destination (see checkout)
• Partial deliveries are possible

5. Retention of Title

Goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

6. Returns and Cancellations (B2B)

• No statutory right of withdrawal for entrepreneurs (§ 312g German Civil Code)
• Voluntary return: Unused goods within 14 days; customer bears the return shipping costs
• Defective goods: Complaints must be reported within 7 days of receipt

7. Liability

• We are liable only for intent and gross negligence
• Liability under product liability law remains unaffected

8. Place of Jurisdiction

Place of jurisdiction is Bottrop, insofar as legally permissible.

9. Severability Clause

If any provision of these terms is invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
